At Kevin Panter Insurance, we believe in protecting what matters most to our clients with honesty, expertise, and personalized service. We’re looking for a motivated Insurance Producer to join our team, find new clients, and help them choose the coverage that fits their needs and budget.

What You’ll Do:

• Find and develop new clients for Kevin Panter Insurance
• Build relationships with new and existing customers
• Identify customer needs and match them with the right insurance products
• Provide quotes and explain coverage options in simple terms
• Follow up with leads and maintain regular contact with clients
• Work with our team to ensure excellent customer service from start to finish

What We’re Looking For:

• Friendly, professional, and self-motivated personality
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Sales experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right person
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
• Must have or be able to obtain a Georgia insurance license (we’ll help guide you through the process if needed)

Kevin Panter Insurance is looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. As the first point of contact for many of our clients, you’ll help people with their insurance questions, provide excellent service, and make sure they feel valued and supported.

What You’ll Do

• Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with a positive and helpful attitude.
• Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, and general insurance inquiries.
• Process documents, update client information, and keep accurate records in our system.
• Work closely with our agents to ensure clients receive quick and accurate service.
• Learn about our products so you can confidently answer client questions and explain options.

What We’re Looking For

• Great communication skills and a friendly personality.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay organized.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
• A team player who is willing to help wherever needed.
• Insurance experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person.
• Must have or be willing to obtain a GA insurance license.
